I am an artist and architect (Part II). My current practice includes design, teaching and active research projects.
Since 2008 I have been working with Jo Anne Butler as Culturstruction, an experimental, socially-engaged design studio working in the overlaps of art and architecture.
I am an Architect (Part II) at John McLaughlin Architecture and Urban Design, Dublin. I also contribute as a studio tutor in Year 3 and Year 4 at Cork Centre for Architectural Education.
I am also a founder and curator of Commonage, a non-profit organisation programming art and design in a rural community context.
I am interested in design as constant collaboration, and in how architecture can encourage new ways of probing existing situations. I hold a BSc in Architecture (2010) and a Master of Architecture (2013) from University College Dublin. Prior to this I received a BFA (Sculpture) from NCAD (1st class hons, 2005).
